The primary objective for all levels of weldng is to satisfactorily complete the required compe­tencies listed on the competency guidline. In addition, the welding program enables students to develop a positive attitude, introduce a variety of career choices in welding, and promotes leadership and a good work ethic. At the conclusion of the course, students will earn the OSHA lO card.
